We are currently partnering with a leading global financial services organisation seeking to hire an AVP– Trustee&Depositary Client Management to join their growing Dublin team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within Depositary, Funds or Asset Servicing who is looking to further develop their client management and regulatory oversight experience within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support a portfolio of fund clients, ensuring strong service delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements Prepare monthly service packs and quarterly board reporting materials Attend and participate in client meetings and calls in a professional and knowledgeable manner Liaise with internal operational teams to resolve client queries and escalationsMonitor service quality and proactively identify areas for improvement Build strong relationships with clients, delegates and internal stakeholders Assist with projects, process improvements and ongoing service enhancement initiatives Maintain a strong controls-focused approach and escalating issues where appropriateRequirements:
Experience within Depositary, Trustee Services, Fund Administration or Asset Servicing Strong understanding of the Investment Funds industry Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong organisational skills with high attention to detailDegree qualified, ideally within Business, Finance or a related discipline This opportunity would suit a motivated professional looking to take the next step into an AVP-level role within a highly reputable and growing financial services environment.
