Chiller Service Engineer, Dublin Pike

Responsibilities

Provide up-to-date site surveys, records, and reports regarding completed works and actions needed to aid quoting of new or replacement equipment. Carry out commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial water/air cooled chillers and heat pumps. Serve as the primary contact for all technical service issues, resolving highly complex systems within set timeframes and according to defined processes, service agreements, and customer needs.Work mainly with the company’s largest customers in the Leinster area, predominantly in the foreign direct investment sector of pharmaceutical, life science, and high‑tech clients. Maintain safety as a priority, working independently or as part of a team to support its success. Qualifications

Refrigeration F‑GAS 2079 Certificate. Ammonia experience. Relevant trade qualification in refrigeration, or a qualified industrial electrician willing to cross‑train on York chillers and heat pumps. Safe Pass Card&Manual Handling Certificate. Qualification to a minimum of NFQ 5. Capability in service, maintenance, and repair of water‑cooled and air‑cooled chillers. Commissioning experience with large‑ton centrifugal and screw chillers and heat pumps (factory training will be provided). Experience with major chiller manufacturers such as York, Sabroe, Trane, Carrier, Daikin.Ability to work without detailed procedures and with limited supervision. Full Clean Irish Driving Licence.
