You’ll work directly with legal professionals across Ireland, helping them adopt new ways of working while feeding insights back into the wider product team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own day‑to‑day customer engagement and relationship management

Drive adoption and usage of the platform across a portfolio of clients

Run regular check‑ins, training sessions, and user support

Act as the first point of contact for queries, issues, and feedback

Identify user pain points and work with internal teams to drive improvements

Help shape and roll out engagement and adoption strategies

Be a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a positive user experience throughout

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or client‑facing roles

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

Nice to have

Experience in the legal sector or working with legal professionals

Exposure to SaaS, digital platforms, or technology products
