Staff Grade Occupational Therapist 98009, Dublin Pike

Role Summary Provide intervention to children aged 0‑18 years with complex developmental needs, working within a family‑centered practice model and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Location Dublin

Contract Permanent whole‑time (35 hours per week). Part‑time roles available.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver occupational therapy services to children with intellectual, physical, or autism spectrum disorders.

Assess and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children and families.

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean healthcare practices.

Essential Requirements

A recognised Occupational Therapist qualification and registration with or eligibility to register with CORU.

Excellent communication, initiative and time‑management skills.

Teamwork and flexibility.

A valid driving licence and access to a car.

Desirable Requirements

Experience working with children with intellectual disabilities.

Experience working with children with physical disabilities.

Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Experience completing assessment of need.

Benefits Staff Grade Occupational Therapist salary (€45,063 – €64,424). Participation in a transformation program with the Virginia Mason Institute.
