We are currently looking for an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team in Clonshaugh.

Role Details Salary: 65,000 Euros per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Working pattern: Monday to Friday (flexibility required)

Location: Clonshaugh, Coolock, Dublin 17

What You’ll Do

Responsible for managing and coordinating the warehouse functions of the distribution centre, ensuring the efficient and cost‑effective fulfilment of customer requirements

Liaise closely with the customer to ensure all productivity, accuracy and cost targets are met and exceeded

Who You Are

Thorough knowledge and hands‑on experience of a warehouse function within the FMCG distribution industry

Background operating at a Senior Manager level is mandatory

Passion for encouraging teamwork, fostering an innovative culture where all employees can voice suggestions and ideas

Excellent team management and customer relationship skills
