Technical Product Owner, Dublin Pike

We are looking for an Associate Technical Product Owner to join a high-performing cybersecurity and application security team supporting secure software development initiatives across global engineering environments. This opportunity is ideal for someone early in their product or security career who is passionate about application security, secure SDLC practices, and working closely with engineering teams to drive security enablement programs.Key Responsibilities

Support product/program backlogs, task prioritization, and workflow coordination Gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable work items Maintain documentation, playbooks, FAQs, and program materials Coordinate onboarding and engagement activities for Security Champions Organize security awareness initiatives and training eventsTrack participation, engagement, and training metrics using Excel or Power BI Work with internal tooling, ticketing systems, and engineering workflows Contribute to embedding secure development practices across engineering teams What We’re Looking For

Foundational understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Familiarity with engineering workflows such as pull requests, builds, and releases Basic knowledge of application security concepts including OWASP Top 10 and secure coding principles Exposure to security tooling outputs such as SAST, DAST, or dependency scanningStrong communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset Interest in building a career within application security or technical product ownership
