Reservations Agent , you will be the friendly voice our guests hear when they want to learn more about staying with us. You will efficiently handle guest reservations, co-ordinating with the front office to ensure smooth check-ins and superior guest experiences. As this is an office-based position, you should be comfortable with using computers. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to this role as you will be responding to guests queries by email and phone.This is a full-time role, with shifts varying across a Monday to Saturday schedule currently.
