Investment Associate / Senior Associate

to join their team. This position will sit on a team that is responsible for the analysis of their

Asset-Based Finance (ABF) portfolio .

Responsibilities will include:

Monitoring of Asset Based Finance trading performance through detailed financial statements analysis&dialogue with the company

Asset Based Finance, Asset-Backed Securitisation, Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Asset-Based Lending

Investment analysis

Financial modelling and sensitivity analysis

Preparation of quarterly reviews and presentation to Investment Committees

Key requirements:

4-7 years relevant experience (i.e. investment banking, infrastructure, real estate, aircraft leasing, corporate finance, private equity, transaction services or restructuring)

Excellent academic background

ACA or CFA qualified not essential but prefered

Strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of financial statements / financial modelling
