Job Description

Prepare monthly journal entries for revenue posting, cashbook, accruals etc, and enter into the General Ledger.

Perform reconciliation of inter-company balances to the General Ledger control accounts.

Perform monthly depreciation run in SAP.

Perform the closing of monthly accounts for HealthConnexion so that the accounts can be closed promptly.

Manage all suppliers’ invoices for correct pricing, calculation, and completeness of documents and proper approval.

Post suppliers’ invoices and post patients’ billings into the SAP System.

Generate payment for suppliers’ invoices and makes payment for ad-hoc purchases, services and others.

Perform reconciliation of subsidiary accounts (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets) to general ledger control account.

Manage fixed assets and accounting for leases in compliance with FRS 116.

Prepare bank reconciliations and audit schedules.

Prepare quarterly GST reporting for IRAS.

Generate monthly financial reports for stakeholders.

Perform yearly surprise cash count and yearly inventory count for HealthConnexion.

Participate in system upgrades, improvement projects and any new health screening or active aging program for HealthConnexion.

Perform any duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Accounting.

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts and accounting knowledge of Fixed Assets, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Strong communication skills (both oral and written).

Self-driven, able to work independently and meticulous with a sharp eye for details.

Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

A team player who can relate to all levels of staff and work amicably with others.
