The AI Builder Experience

AI‑Powered Development: You’ll develop real customer solutions with leading‑edge AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and coding products like Vibes to accelerate development.

Dedicated Mentorship: You’ll work in a program focused on hands‑on technical skill development, shadowing opportunities, and meaningful networking. You’ll be paired with a dedicated onboarding buddy and partner with senior developers.

Skill Acceleration: This role develops both technical depth and sales skills, enabling you to lead high‑level conversations with stakeholders.

What You’ll Actually Be Building

Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies, delivering live production solutions for the world’s largest companies.

Design Agent Intelligence: Define how agents think through prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture using AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.

Support the entire Technical Lifecycle: Collaborate with other Builders to architect, build, debug, and deploy high‑quality, scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.

Drive Strategic Impact: Partner with clients to translate business challenges into agentic solutions, using consultative skills to ensure technology meets real‑world needs.

Iterate and Deploy: Test, break, fix, ship, and repeat—owning your work from day one.

You’re Our Builder If…

You have a strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.

You’re an AI native, deep in LLMs and prompt engineering.

You are fluent in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and Real‑Time Infrastructure.

You can hold your own in a room with our sales teams and customers.

You write high‑quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.

You thrive in a fast‑paced group that builds rather than talks about projects.

You’re ready to grow faster here than anywhere else—your ideas carry real weight from day one.

You bring sharp problem‑solving instincts, relentless initiative, and a get‑things‑done mentality.

You are excited to travel 25–50% of the time, working directly with customers to see your code in action.
