Loss Prevention Officer– TK Maxx, Dundrum Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Officers in TK Maxx Dundrum?

Job Overview Working as a Loss Prevention Officer you will help deliver our goal of keeping customers, associates, and assets safe. Experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or as a security guard is ideal but not essential. You must hold a valid Security Guard (Static) licence issued by the Private Security Authority.

Responsibilities

Maintain a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at store entrances.

Deterrence of loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.

Collaborate closely with the store team to secure products and resolve conflicts when required.

Remain calm and professional under pressure.

Demonstrate self‑motivation, resilience, and strong communication skills.

Training&Development Upon starting, you will receive an in‑depth training programme to develop your loss prevention skills.
