We’re working with a highly regarded and fast-growing construction business delivering major projects across Ireland, UK and EU who are now seeking a Bid&Proposals Executive to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two submissions are the same.

You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality bids, PQQs, and tender submissions; combining strong coordination skills with polished document design and compelling written content.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating end-to-end tender and bid submissions across multiple live projects

Managing timelines and gathering technical input from internal stakeholders

Producing visually polished proposal documents using Adobe InDesign and MS Office

Writing and refining content including methodologies, project case studies, CVs, and capability statements

Ensuring submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered to deadline

Maintaining bid libraries, templates, and supporting documentation

Collaborating closely with bid managers, estimators, planners, and senior leadership teams

What we’re looking for:

3–5 years’ experience in bids, proposals, or tender coordination

Experience within construction, engineering or the built environment is highly desirable

Strong Adobe InDesign skills with an eye for layout and presentation

Excellent writing, editing, and document formatting ability

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Familiarity with Irish public and private sector procurement processes would be an advantage

A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
