Our client is a growing renewable energy IPP with an expanding portfolio of Solar PV assets across Ireland. Due to continued portfolio growth, they are looking to hire a Commercial&Contracts Officer to support the Asset Management team across contracts, commercial administration, and operational documentation. This role would suit someone already working within the renewable energy sector in a commercial support, contract coordination, asset support, or document control capacity who is looking to further develop their career within the sector.The Role

Manage and maintain commercial and contractual documentation across operational renewable energy assets Support Asset Managers and O&M teams with contract administration and contractual obligations Track key contractual milestones, deliverables, renewals, and notices Coordinate insurance renewals, claims, and supporting documentation Support procurement and supplier administration processes Maintain internal commercial trackers, reporting tools, and document management systemsAssist with operational revenue and commercial reporting processes Ensure accurate record keeping and strong document control across the portfolio Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience within the renewable energy sector Previous experience in contract management, commercial coordination, document control, or asset support Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and teams Strong understanding of contracts and commercial documentationThis role is best suited to someone with a commercial/operational background
