The AI Builder Experience

Develop real‑time customer solutions using leading AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Vibes.

Receive dedicated mentorship, shadowing opportunities, and networking with senior developers.

Accelerate both technical depth and sales skills to lead high‑level conversations with stakeholders.

What You’ll Actually Be Building

Develop AI agents that perform real actions for major corporations.

Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture.

Collaborate with Builders to architect, debug, and deploy scalable production systems in JavaScript, Python, and Apex.

Turn business challenges into agentic solutions through consultative partnership with clients.

Iterate, test, fix, and ship with full ownership from day one.

You’re Our Builder If…

Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.

Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.

Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real‑time infrastructure.

Confidence leading conversations with sales teams and customers.

Write high‑quality code and rigorously evaluate AI outputs.

Thrives in collaborative, fast‑moving environments.

Ready to grow rapidly; ideas carry weight from day one.

Strong problem‑solving instincts, decisive initiative, and a get‑things‑done mentality.

Will travel 25–50% of the time to work directly with customers.

Fluency required in Italian and English.
