MEP BIM Drafter&Modeller (Revit + MicroStation), Dublin Pike

Responsibilities

Work in Project Team to develop and document Project BIM-Model according to Company standards and processes

Responsible for the 3D drafting and modelling of electrical system using Bentley's Microstation / OpenBuilding Design / Naviswork software and/or Autodesk Revit.

Drafting of other MEP services may also be required.

Create and modify existing engineering design and models

Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members

Ensure drawing and design meet projects deadline

Coordinate with Clients and Consultants on design, construction and submission aspects of projects

Preparation, coordination and modification of M&E drawings for tender and submission to Authorities and consultants

Requirements

Trained in Autodesk Revit and Bentley's softwares.

Good knowledge of CAD / Autodesk Revit / Microstation / Bentley's OpenBuilding Design softwares

Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the M&E Construction Industry.

Those with more years of related experience and able to work independently will be considered a senior position.

Possess strong initiative, resourceful, independent and technologically forward-looking

Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to critically analyse issues and creatively identify solutions

Independent, meticulous and demonstrate initiative

A team player

Willing to work at Tuas area with company transportation from designation MRT station.
