Responsibilities

Assist in managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations. Support monthly financial closing, preparation of financial reports, and management accounts. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking across multiple outlets. Ensure timely submission of GST filings, payroll support, and compliance with accounting regulations.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on finance-related matters. Review invoices, payment processes, and procurement documentation for accuracy and proper approval. Support finance process improvements and implementation of accounting systems or controls. Assist in analysing outlet performance, food cost, labour cost, and operational expenses.Maintain proper financial records, filing systems, and supporting documents. Guide and supervise junior finance/accounting staff where required. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full set exposure. Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent is preferred.
