Key Account Manager, Dublin Pike

At Kellanova, we’re looking for a driven and ambitious Key Account Manager to join our high‑performing Ireland sales team on a 9‑month FTC based in our EUHQ in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of very important customers within one of the strongest commercial teams in Europe, helping drive growth across a dynamic and fast‑moving market. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role with real autonomy and accountability. You’ll manage customer relationships, lead commercial discussions, own yourP&L, and play a key role in shaping growth plans across the business. What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and growing key customers within the Irish‘Hard Discount’ channel Owning full P&L responsibility, forecasting, and commercial performance delivery Building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow wallet share and unlock new business Collaborating cross‑functionally with Category, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to deliver winning plansAttending industry events to strengthen partnerships and represent the Kellanova portfolio Travelling when required to support customer engagement and business development What We’re Looking For

Experience within a Key Account Manager or National Account Manager role, ideally in FMCG or a fast‑paced commercial environment A strong track record of delivering results and building long‑term customer relationships Commercially minded, resilient, and comfortable operating in a high‑performance environmentStrong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills A full, clean driving licence Our comprehensive benefits offer support throughout your life events—big or small.
