Van Sales Representative– Munster Region A leading distributor of premium automotive cleaning and valeting products is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Van Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Munster region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to manage an established customer base while developing new business across one of Ireland’s key automotive markets.

The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of car cleaning and valeting products to:

Auto factors and motor accessory retailers

Motor merchants and trade outlets

Car dealerships and professional valeting businesses

Automotive service providers and independent garages

You will manage an established portfolio of customers with an annual turnover of approximately€200,000, while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities throughout Munster.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Grow sales within established accounts through regular visits and product promotion

Identify and win new customers across the region

Deliver excellent product knowledge and customer service

Manage van stock and merchandising displays where required

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate customer and sales records

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in van sales, field sales, or FMCG sales preferred

Experience within the automotive aftermarket, valeting, or motor trade would be a strong advantage

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Commercially driven with a proactive approach to new business development

Full clean driving licence essential

Excellent communication and organisational skills
