Veterinary Surgeon– Bovine Reproduction&Embryo Transfer Build Your Own Fertility Career Within One of Ireland’s Most Advanced Reproduction Teams

Target Genetics is expanding our OPU (ovum pick-up) and embryo transfer services, and we are looking for an ambitious veterinary surgeon who wants to move beyond conventional practice and develop specialist expertise in cattle fertility and advanced breeding technologies.

The Role Includes

Performing and assisting with OPU procedures

Donor and recipient reproductive management

Farm fertility visits and reproductive consultancy

Working closely with embryologists and lab teams

Travel throughout Ireland and the UK as services expand

Has experience in large animal or mixed practice

Has a strong interest in cattle fertility and reproduction

Wants to develop specialist expertise

Enjoys working independently and within a team

Previous embryo transfer or IVF experience is an advantage, but not essential. Training and mentorship can be provided for the right candidate.
