Onsite IT Technician - Dublin&Galway | Travel Required, Dublin Pike

Onsite Support Technician This role is split between Dublin&Galway sites and you need to visit both sites each week. A car is also required.

The Role: What You'll Do

Be the Expert:

Provide hands‑on and remote support for software, platforms, and hardware, ensuring our clients stay productive and happy.

Solve the Puzzle:

Research complex technical issues by collaborating with vendors and internal teams– if there's a solution out there, you'll find it.

Keep the Gears Turning:

Manage the lifecycle of service desk tickets with precision, ensuring we hit our SLAs without breaking a sweat.

Hardware Hero:

Perform desktop repairs and OS troubleshooting to keep the physical workspace running smoothly.

Stay Ahead of the Curve:

Actively pursue professional development and keep your finger on the pulse of emerging IT trends and TDM solutions.

What We're Looking For We need an enthusiastic IT professional who is as good with people as they are with PCs.

Must‑Haves

Proven Experience:

A background in technical customer support (desktop) with a track record of meeting SLAs.

Tech Stack Savvy:

Demonstrable knowledge of

Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune,

and

Active Directory .

Troubleshooting Pro:

Strong skills in Windows OS and hardware repair.

Communication Skills:

The ability to explain complex tech in simple terms, whether face‑to‑face, over the phone, or via email.

Flexibility:

Ability to travel between

Dublin and Galway

and participate in an on‑call rotation.
