Depositary Services Analyst - Hybrid, Growth&Compliance, Dublin Pike

The Citco Banks offer our clients Depositary Services plus the ability to transact, place cash on deposit and access foreign exchange markets and loan facilities. Operating from multiple locations globally, we provide custody and depositary services and credit facilities, with our solutions fully integrated with our fund administration and corporate and trust offerings.

About the Team&Business Line:

Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best-in‑class process and technology.

As a core member of our Depositary team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across depositary services.

Responsibilities Your Role:

Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.

Monitor activity within client cash accounts and compliance with investment and borrowing restrictions.

Perform comprehensive independent reviews of Net Asset Valuations.

Liaise with other departments to ensure error/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner, as well as ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues.

Deal with all queries received in a professional manner.

Have the opportunity to Identify and propose procedural enhancements, as well as assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Provide ad‑hoc project support.

Qualifications About You:

You have a third level business/finance qualification.

Previous fund admin or depositary/ custody/ trustee experience within the Irish funds industry is highly desirable.

Other financial internships will be considered.

Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc.).

Able to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
