The Role - Senior Software Engineer This is an opportunity to build the foundational systems of a frontier AI company.

You’ll work across our voice layer, agent orchestration, and deep healthcare integrations. You’ll design and ship systems that must be

fast ,

reliable ,

observable , and

safe , because real patients depend on them.

You will:

Architect and build core backend systems powering our agents

Own integrations with real clinical systems and scheduling platforms

Improve performance, reliability, and observability across the platformli>

Contribute to agent reasoning flows, memory layers, and workflow design

Collaborate directly with founders, product, and customers

Shape our engineering culture and long-term technical direction

What You’ve Done (Minimum Requirements)

4+ years of professional software engineering experience

Deep expertise in

Python

and a track record of owning systems end-to-end

Experience with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code

Shipped and operated production systems

Comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and high ownership

Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking

Product-minded— you think about how systems will be used, not just how they’re built
