Security Supervisor Dublin sites - Full time - Permanent Job Details

Responsibilities
Lead, supervise and support a team delivering a professional security service across multiple sites.
Plan, organise and oversee daily shift activities, ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard.
Carry out mobile security patrols, alarm response and site inspections using a company vehicle.
Act as the first point of contact for Security Officers, providing guidance, support and escalation management.
Monitor team performance, conduct briefings and support training, onboarding and development activities.
Ensure all incidents, accidents, welfare concerns and disciplinary matters are reported and managed appropriately.
Monitor CCTV, alarm systems and access control systems, responding quickly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records, incident reports, site logs and compliance documentation in line with company procedures.
Qualifications
A valid PSA Static Guarding Licence is essential.
A full Irish Driving Licence is essential for this mobile role (company van provided).
Previous supervisory or team lead experience within the security industry is required.
Strong knowledge of security operations, incident management, CCTV systems, access control and alarm monitoring.
Experience leading teams, organising workloads and managing operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence dealing with emergency situations, incidents, investigations and conflict resolution professionally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
Strong IT and administration skills with experience completing reports, logs and compliance.
