Responsibilities

Groundworker:

Perform ground preparation, excavation, and trenching tasks. Lay foundations, drainage systems, and other essential groundwork. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Banksman:

Direct and guide vehicles and machinery on-site to ensure safe operations. Communicate effectively with drivers and operators to prevent accidents. Monitor site activities and report any safety concerns. Assist with general site duties as required. Machine Operator:

Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, and other plant equipment. Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues. Work closely with the Banksman to ensure safe and efficient operations. Adhere to all safety protocols and site regulations. Qualifications

Proven experience in civil engineering or construction roles. Relevant certifications for each role (e.g., CSCS card, CPCS/NPORS for Machine Operators). Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements. Day-to-Day

Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
