A well-established Irish manufacturer and wholesaler of windows and doors is currently seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover County Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early stage of their sales career who is eager to develop within the construction and building materials sector.

This role would suit a motivated, people-oriented individual with previous field sales experience, strong drive, and the right attitude to learn. Full in‑house training will be provided, so prior industry experience is not essential.

The Role

Managing and developing a customer base across County CorkVisiting existing accounts while actively generating new businessBuilding long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and trade customersPresenting product ranges and solutions to customers in the fieldManaging your own daily schedule and activity levelsKeeping CRM and sales records up to dateWorking closely with internal sales and operations teams

The Ideal Candidate

Previous field sales experience (industry experience not required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude with a genuine interest in the construction sectorSelf-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independentlyFull clean driving licenceAmbitious and eager to build a long-term career in sales
