Art Teacher, Cork

Mater Dei Academy is currently seeking a part-time or full-time Art teacher for the academic year 2026/27. The successful candidate will be fully committed to the mission and ethos of the Academy. Experience in the Artists Pursuits Programme () and Irish Leaving Certificate Art programmes is desirable although not essential. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Art or a related field. Full-time candidates will be competent to teach at least one additional subject from the Mater Dei Academy curriculum (e.g., English, Latin, grammar, logic, philosophy, theology, French etc.). Candidates from a classical education background and candidates with permission to work in the EU are particularly encouraged to apply.
