Provide Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) advice to management and staff. Promote awareness of HSE and customer HSE requirements throughout the organization. Review the HSE system with the Senior Management Team as required. Establish and maintain documents and data control systems. Manage and support internal HSE audit plans and coordinate internal and external audits.Initiate follow‑up audit activities and verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Report audit results to the HSE Manager. Verify the HSE system manual and procedures and ensure full implementation. Supervise and monitor employees and subcontractors on site to ensure adherence to the HSE manual, HSE induction handbook and waste management procedures.Represent the organization on the project site for all HSE matters. Have authority to stop work immediately to maintain site safety and prevent unsafe practices. Conduct HSE site inspections with site staff to ensure compliance with the HSE management system, legal and contractual requirements. Investigate incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.Record and analyze information on first aid cases, near misses, injuries, damages and losses, and review overall HSE performance. Deliver HSE induction training for employees and subcontractor staff on site. Qualifications
Understanding of ISO management procedures and implementation. Degree or diploma in Health and Safety. At least 3 years of HSE experience in the construction industry. Team player with strong attention to detail. Persuasive and able to resist internal and external pressure. Self‑motivated and able to work independently.Enthusiastic and willing to learn. Excellent computer skills– proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
