Our Supply Chain team, part of our Transformation practice, is passionate about collaborating with clients to transform their supply chain operations, develop new ways of working, deploy innovative solutions, and drive efficiencies. Our Supply Chain practice operates across four inter‑related pillars: Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Strategy and Logistics (including Demand Planning), Digital.We are actively recruiting for the Procurement pillar to support our clients in transforming their procurement function. You’ll be part of a collaborative, inclusive team where your ideas matter, and your perspective is valued and encouraged. We have a strong track record of delivering high quality work to major local and international clients and have ambitious growth plans for the future.Purpose‑Led Projects
As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Our Procurement transformation projects are large scale. We collaborate internally with other practice areas (Change Management, Technology, Data and Analytics, Tax etc.) and globally with Subject Matter Experts across our PwC network. By joining us, you get the opportunity to deepen your Procurement experience, build internal and global networks, and work on exciting client projects such as:Completing a procurement synergy savings assessment for two global media companies that recently merged, including developing a new Procurement Operating Model for the merged entity. Supported a leading Irish Bank in designing its new Procurement Operational Model– including developing its Digital capabilities and transitioning its procurement team structure.Supported a Retail and Consumer Goods company in assessing its end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay model – including identifying requirements for a new P2P system. Role&Responsibility
As a Manager your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with local and global teams to successfully deliver quality client projects, as part of engagement teams. Leading client engagements– collaborating with local and global teams to ensure project delivery and excellence. Driving business growth through pre‑sales and business development activities and initiatives, e.g. preparing proposals for clients, presenting at industry/client events, identifying potential new opportunities.Coaching, empowering and inspiring team members to foster a culture of learning, growth and innovation. Shaping PwC’s procurement propositions, staying ahead of and up‑to‑date with market trends in supply chain and engaging with PwC global networks and our clients globally. Experiences and Skills
Degree‑qualified, with at least 5 years’ experience in Procurement. Experience leading Procurement transformation programmes. Exposure to different technology solutions used in Procurement, e.g. Digital Procurement / Industry4.0. Experience inspiring and empowering diverse teams for quality delivery and distinctive outcomes for clients and our people.Travel Requirements
