Contracts Manager, Cork

Contracts Manager Contracts Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to look after a variety of Pharmaceutical projects, Residential and Commercial projects in the Cork Region.

Duties:

The successful Contracts Manager will oversee the successful completion of multiple construction projects, taking full responsibility.

Establish and maintain systems to monitor, review, and control budgeted or agreed-upon expenditures.

Implement the Company’s Cost&Value Management procedures, ensuring all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and promptly for senior management.

Collaborate closely with Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, identify potential risks or issues, and find suitable resolutions.

Contracts Manager will prepare and distribute monthly progress reports for Senior Management.

Requirements:

3rd Level Degree / Trade Qualified

Over 7 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.

3+ years experience in a Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager role

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Currently working in a multi-project contracts manager role.

Package:

Basic salary€100k -€110k DOE
