Spanish Speaking Customer Support Specialist, EMEA– Dublin Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound requests by phone, chat, and email, ensuring an effortless customer experience. Advocate for the value Clio provides and become an expert in all of Clio’s features and functionality. Methodically troubleshoot technical product issues, reproducing and coordinating resolutions with Technical Escalations, Product, and Customer Success teams.Confidently answer questions, provide advice, train users, and proactively solve customers’ next challenges to help them maximize Clio usage. Add to our knowledge base, consistently check for quality, and coach users in the usage of self‑serve resources. Capture feedback on the product for use by the Product team.Contribute to personal and group projects to improve service delivery and processes across the department. Qualifications

Full professional proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required. Ability to connect with a wide range of people and enjoy working with customers of all skill levels and personality types. Excitement about finding and solving new and complex problems. Patience, compassion, and understanding.Curiosity to continuously improve and learn. High capacity for multitasking and prioritizing in a fast‑paced environment. Tech‑savvy with enthusiasm for learning new platforms. Excellent writing skills, producing professional tone with minimal grammatical or spelling errors. Strong verbal communication skills, able to express yourself clearly, concisely, and empathetically.Self‑driven attitude and willingness to take initiative to grow your skills. Customer focus at your core and eagerness to build a career helping clients succeed. Experience working with web‑based/SaaS applications. Familiarity with Service Cloud or similar CRM software.
