F&I Business Manager

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate good interpersonal/communication skills, and be able to manage and work well with the team in order to produce a high standard of Business Finance cover, ensuring all working practices are compliant. Responsibilities

All financial transactions (payments, proposals and completion of finance documents and refunds) Meeting with customers that are considering the purchase of new/used vehicles and proposing finance solutions (i.e., facilitating the funding of their vehicle purchase) Ensuring you are an integral part of the vehicle sales process and that the F&I function makes vehicles affordable thereby facilitating vehicle sales Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Promotion and sale of all F&I products plus GAP insurance Setting up all GAP policies, completing Demands and Needs and ensuring only the correct policies are sold Producing relevant, accurate reports for the senior management Ensuring a strong working relationship with all providers and partners is maintained Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with all other departments and staff membersKey Qualifications

Confident team player with strong administration and interpersonal/communication skills Knowledge of F&I processes, add-ons and products Well‑presented, confident individual comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base Good oral and written communication skills Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude to customer care Strong organisational skills Honesty and integrityDemonstrates a flexible approach to work focused on‘getting the job done’ Acts proactively to add value and follows up to ensure problems remain solved Team player Effective time management and flexibility in working patterns required Literate, numerate and proficient computer skills Full, valid driving licence (desirable)Insurance sales and finance skills
