Construction Services Ireland is a leading commercial property maintenance company who provide reactive and planned maintenance for large scale multi‑site clients throughout Ireland. We have a new opportunity for a Maintenance Joiner / Carpenter to join our team. Duties/Responsibilities

Carry out scheduled property maintenance&minor project works Ensuring all work complies with Company and Client Health&Safety standards Attend reactive callouts; identify and report back to the office the need for ad‑hoc repairs Complete any repairs required and approved on site Submit a photographic completion report showing the works completed (through our inhouse workflow app) Essential Requirements

Be qualified in carpentry works and have site experience Have experience working on roofs and rainwater systems i.e. gutters Possess an up to date SafePass card or equivalent Hold a full clean drivers licence Have their own tools Have a fluent level of English, spoken and written Be able to use email systems and mobile phone systems and apps– as the use of our job tracking app is essentialHave good knowledge of the Dublin area Be flexible with working hours (reactive emergency callouts) Ability to work on other projects within the maintenance department and refurbishment department Ability to work well both on own initiative, and part of a team Desirable Requirements

Have a good understanding and general knowledge and experience in plumbing&electrical works. Benefits include use of a Company vehicle, fuel card and Company mobile phone. Job Type: Full‑time | Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday | Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay | Ability to commute/relocate: Dublin, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
