DNG O'Connor Finn is currently seeking an organised, proactive, and customer focused Operations Manager to join our growing team.

Ideal Candidate

Be motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking

Have a Full Clean Driving Licence and access to own vehicle

Holding a PSRA licence is an advantage but not essential

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory

Those who have just commenced or recently completed a property‑related course are highly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Be flexible to cover appointments outside normal working hours between our Kildare&Dublin offices

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring excellent communication, efficient handling of maintenance and compliance matters, and the smooth running of operational and property management functions

Support and oversee the property management team to ensure tasks are actioned effectively and high service standards are maintained

Act as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors and service providers

Coordinate maintenance and inspections, and ensure properties and operational processes are managed professionally and efficiently at all times
