We’re looking for a Claims Analyst
Based in our Dublin office but working flexibly and reporting to the Head of Claims Operations&Analytics, the Claims Analyst will provide vital support for Hamilton’s claims function to ensure that we provide a first-class claims service to our clients around the world.
Hamilton Global Specialty is our multi-platform, specialty insurer operating primarily through a Lloyd's Syndicate and Dublin operating company with a managing general agency in the US.
What you will do
Set up new claims
Update existing claims
Process reserves and payments
Update claims diary
Provide data reports
Compile weekly dashboards
Maintain Excel spreadsheets
Carry out sanctions and premium checks
Mailbox management
Bordereaux upload and mapping to Bordereaux Management System
Review and cleanse bordereaux claims data
What you require for the role
Excellent Excel skills (including lookups&pivots)
Advanced numerical skills with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Flexibility to work within multiple platforms
Ability to productively leverage data and technology
Open, innovative and inclusive mindset
