What You’ll Do

Prepare and present dishes to an exceptional standard

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations

Maintain excellent hygiene, health&safety standards

Help supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie

Strong knowledge of fresh seasonal produce and modern cooking techniques

Ability to perform efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment

Valid work permit and availability to start ASAP in Dublin
