About PULSE Digital We're a Singapore-based digital marketing agency working with a diverse roster of clients across multiple industries— from professional services and e-commerce to consumer brands. We run paid search, paid social, SEO, and content marketing, and we're scaling fast.

The Role We're looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist who lives and breathes Google Ads and Meta Ads. You'll own day-to-day campaign management across

multiple client accounts , drive performance, and stay ahead of every platform update before our clients even hear about it.

This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. We optimise weekly, test relentlessly, and ship faster than the average agency. If you geek out over a 30% drop in CPL or a sudden CTR spike, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube) across 5–10+ client accounts

Run Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end— campaign structure, audience strategy, creative testing, Conversions API setup, Advantage+ usage

Manage budgets ranging from SGD 3K to 50K+/month per account

Diagnose performance issues (drops, plateaus, policy disapprovals) and execute fixes quickly

Build reporting dashboards and write performance summaries clients actually read

Stay current on Google and Meta product changes, beta features, and policy updates

Adapt quickly to different industries and regulatory environments— every client has different rules of engagement

Collaborate with our content, SEO, and creative teams on full-funnel strategy

Use AI tools to move faster— research, ad copy ideation, audience analysis, campaign QA

What We're Looking For Must-haves

3+ years hands-on running Google Ads and Meta Ads (agency experience strongly preferred)

Comfortable managing

multiple accounts simultaneously

without dropping balls

Genuinely up to date— you can tell us what changed in Meta or Google in the last 60 days without Googling it

Strong analytical instincts: GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Tag Manager

Familiarity with AI tools in your daily workflow— Claude, Manus, ChatGPT, or similar — for ad copy, research, automation, and analysis

Singapore market knowledge (consumer behaviour, local platforms, ad compliance basics)

Adaptable across industries— you can pick up a new vertical's terminology and constraints quickly

Nice-to-haves

Experience advertising in regulated or niche industries

Experience with WhatsApp click-to-chat funnels and lead-gen forms

Experience with reporting tools

Claude, Manus, or similar AI tools

E-commerce ads experience (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify)
