Graphic Designer– 12 Month Contract Location: Dublin, Hybrid

Salary: From€32,000 depending on experience

The Role Cpl have partnered with a leading professional organisation to recruit a Graphic Designer to join their Marketing&Communications team on a 12‑month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail‑oriented designer to play a key role in delivering high-quality marketing assets, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting integrated campaigns across both digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver creative assets across digital, print, and social channels

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

Translate briefs into strong visual concepts and final outputs

Support campaign delivery by working closely with internal teams and agencies

Create and maintain brand templates and design frameworks

Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder requests

Review and refine design work based on feedback

Build and manage a centralised image/asset library

Support event materials, presentations, and marketing collateral

About You

Previous experience in a Graphic Design role with a strong portfolio

Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design and layout

Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Strong organisation and stakeholder communication skills

Experience working with agencies or external partners is beneficial
