Graduate Application Support / Developer (.Net) - Cork

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Application developer who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and hands-on technical support, while also gaining exposure to software development in a collaborative, agile environment.

This role is primarily focused on

Application Support 80% and 20% .Net Development , working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure systems run smoothly, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide application support to customers, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution

Monitor and maintain business-critical systems used in operational environments

Work closely with senior developers to investigate and resolve technical issues

Support customer implementations and system configurations

Contribute to software development tasks, including bug fixes and minor enhancements

Assist with testing and documentation of new features and releases

Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide technical guidance

Continuously develop your technical skills through training and hands‑on experience
