We are looking for a Part-Time Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing agency in an in-office role , with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the role develops. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with paid advertising experience who is keen to enter the agency world, work across a varied client portfolio, and play an important role in the continued growth of our team across Ireland and the United Kingdom .The ideal candidate will be a fast thinker , process-driven , commercially aware, and confident managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads . The Role
As our Paid Ads Specialist, you will support the planning, setup, management, optimisation, and reporting of paid advertising campaigns for a wide range of clients across different industries. You will work closely with our internal team to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, performance is monitored closely, and clients receive strong results from their advertising investment.This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, can think strategically, and is excited by the opportunity to grow within an ambitious agency. Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads Monitor campaign performance and make data-led optimisation decisions Support campaign strategy across lead generation, e-commerce, brand awareness, and conversion-focused campaigns Carry out audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and creative testingTrack performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, leads, and sales Prepare campaign performance updates and reports for internal review and client communication Work closely with the wider team on ad creative, landing pages, tracking, and campaign messaging Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and in line with agreed processesIdentify opportunities to improve campaign performance and client results Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices What we are looking for
Previous experience managing paid ad campaigns is required Experience with Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , and ideally TikTok Ads Manager Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign data A process-driven approach with excellent attention to detail Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-moving agency environmentStrong communication skills and a collaborative attitude A genuine interest in digital marketing, paid media, and agency growth Someone ambitious, reliable, and keen to become a key part of a growing team Experience
Experience working with multiple clients or brands Knowledge of tracking, pixels, conversion events, GA4, and reporting dashboards Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns Basic understanding of creative testing, funnels, and landing page performance Role Description
