Product / UX Designer, Dublin Pike

Induct builds low-cost smart access control&intercom systems for physical buildings, primarily apartment blocks. We make hardware and software which retrofits onto old broken Intercom&Access systems, allowing residents to access via their phone&accept deliveries while they are not home,&connecting every door, gate,&elevator into one platform for building managers to control. Our products get installed in real buildings daily across Ireland&the UK, and are used by thousands to get in&out of their homes. We're looking for a designer to own the user experience across our digital products. This covers our mobile and web apps, our website, our marketing, and our brand. It's a broad role with high agency and real ownership over how Induct looks and feels. What you'll work on:

Improving UX and UI across our mobile and web apps Reworking flows that residents, property managers, and installers use daily Building mockups, user flows, and concepts in Figma Iterating on our website and some of our marketing content Designing the physical touchpoints where our hardware meets the user (Onboarding materials, in-app moments at the door, install guides)Pushing on accessibility and usability across everything we ship Shaping our brand, voice, and visual identity as we grow What we care about:

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin. We're a small, fast moving team, so you'll have significant influence on the product, the brand, and how the company presents itself. Your work will be used daily by thousands of people getting in&out of their homes.
