HEAD CHEF, Dublin Pike

We're looking for a head chef with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare food for all customers according to procedures and our service standard.

Create new dishes and menu for some special VIP customer.

Lead the kitchen team in product innovation, product planning, and menu design.

Manage food purchasing and storage.

Handle the food production processes from beginning to end.

Ensure the end product and the cooking process conform to procedures and standard.

Purchase fresh seafood daily for weekly special dish.

Prepare the appropriate amount of food according to daily food chart.

Assist in training of new staff.

Any other job-related duties requested by senior staff.

Qualifications

At least 10-15 years of experience working in the kitchen.

Must have a good working attitude.

Ability to innovate and create new menu.

Ability to work effectively as a team.

Willing to go the extra mile for the business.
