Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Manager based in The Convention Centre Dublin. The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences, including managing food and beverage services and ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include leading a team, conducting staff training, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and addressing customer needs. They will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of events and continual improvement of services.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relationships and team interactions. Proficiency in Food&Beverage management and Hospitality practices, ensuring a high level of service and operational efficiency. Experience in Training and staff development to foster a skilled and motivated team. Proven leadership and organizational skills to oversee operations and staff in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of health and safety standards within the hospitality industry. Flexibility to work varied hours to meet operational demands, including evenings and weekends. A degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a strong advantage.
