An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Receptionist to join a leading PLC based west Dublin This is a varied role suited to someone professional, organised and confident working in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will manage front-of-house responsibilities while also providing administrative support to senior management.You will be responsible for managing the reception area and acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and staff. Duties will include handling calls and emails, coordinating meeting rooms, managing post and deliveries, and ensuring the reception area is maintained to a high standard. In addition, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, taking meeting minutes and handling confidential information with discretion.It is expected you haveprevious experience in a receptionist and administration role, including experience supporting senior management within a corporate environment. Strong Microsoft office skills with a professional and approachable manner
