Job Overview Position: Customer Sales and Service Representative– Allianz Direct. The role is based in Elm Park, Dublin 4 with a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customers with quotes and convert new business opportunities.
Proactively identify and convert cross‑sell and multi‑cover opportunities.
Achieve sales, service and customer satisfaction targets agreed with the manager.
Process policy adjustments as requested, ensuring accurate records.
Consistently demonstrate People Attributes: Customer and Market Excellence, Collaborative Leadership, Trust and Entrepreneurship.
Look for ways to improve quality and efficiency within the team, sharing ideas and supporting continuous improvement.
Adhere to company quality guidelines and underwriting standards.
Comply with the Financial Regulator’s Minimum Competency Code, Consumer Protection Code and other relevant regulations.
Essential Requirements
Third level degree or leaving certificate, or at least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment.
Desirable Requirements
6–12 months of experience in an insurance or financial services environment.
Knowledge and understanding of general insurance.
Completion of an APA, CIP or a relevant insurance qualification to meet minimum competency requirements.
Understanding of Data Analytics or Artificial Intelligence principles and practical uses.
