Overnight Veterinary Nurse, Dublin Pike

For Night Owls Only! Gaia Vets (Jalan Besar) is looking to improve and expand our overnight hospitalization services.

We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Nurse or Veterinary Technician to join our team at Jalan Besar.

Responsibilities for this role (not-exhaustive)

Assist and support veterinarians to ensure the best quality patient care.

Ensure the safety of pets, clients and teammates by utilizing safe restraining techniques, following standard protocols while maintaining clean, sterile and organized treatment areas, exams rooms and labs.

Educate clients about preventive care, pet health needs, any diagnosis or treatment, hospital services and other related matters.

Assist with surgery&anaesthesia.

Perform emergency stabilization&resuscitation.

All aspects of veterinary nursing.

Overnight monitoring.

Shift Availability

Evening Shift: 1:30pm - 10:30pm (Required)

Overnight Shift: 10pm-9:30am (Required)

4 Day work week

Schedule

Public Holidays

Night shift

Weekend availability

Expected hours: 40 per week

Permanent fixed schedule
