Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone or email, ensuring a positive customer experience. Resolve issues rather than just close cases, including password requests and complex supply‑chain malfunctions. Document and resolve issues such as reasons for contact and outcomes, and identify improvements for future interactions.Own the customer experience and drive key performance indicators centered on satisfaction. Proactively seek process improvements and implement changes at Workhuman. Qualifications

Full fluency in Mongolian and English. Strong focus on customer experience with urgency. Respectful and collaborative with the ability to build relationships across cultures. Ambitious, hard‑working, determined, positive, and helpful, with interest in career growth. Proficiency in technology systems for updating customer records and adhering to automated workflows.Benefits
