You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef while managing and training Commis Chefs in a dynamic kitchen environment. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience, specifically with Persian and ethnic cuisines, and a Level 2 Certificate. Knowledge of HACCP and strong leadership skills are essential. Night shifts may be required.
