Job Description Chef de Partie required for Lorien Sandyford Limited (t/a Zaytoon) located at Beacon South Quarter, Sandyford, Dublin 18. We are looking for experienced, creative, and passionate Chef De Partie’s to join our team. The primary duties will include:
Preparing, cooking and presenting high‑quality dishes within the speciality section
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
Preparing meat and fish
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
Managing and training any Commis Chefs
Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Other general duties
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience working with Persian and ethnic cuisines, be highly motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic, have excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Definitive knowledge of HACCP and Safe Practices at Work is required. Must be a good communicator. Night shifts may be required.
