Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality care

Promote best practice clinical standards and person‑centred care

Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff

Coordinate care plans and multidisciplinary team communication

Participate in service development, quality improvement, and safeguarding processes

Support service users with complex health, addiction, and social care needs

Requirements:

Active NMBI Registration as a General Nurse

Minimum 3 years post‑registration nursing experience

At least 2 years experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role

Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills

Experience working within community services, homelessness, addiction, or complex care desirable

Eligibility to work in Ireland
