What You'll Do In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:
Manage complex diary, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the Director, ensuring priorities are met and governance routines are maintained.
Take ownership of inbox management and information flow, prioritising communications and ensuring the Director is fully prepared for all engagements.
Prepare, collate, and distribute high-quality meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and reports, with proactive follow up on actions.
Act as a key liaison on behalf of the Director, building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across the organisation and externally.
Provide operational and administrative support, including travel coordination, expense management, and purchase order processing.
Support leadership initiatives and day-to-day business operations, contributing to projects, decision making, and continuous process improvement.

Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives in a fast paced, agile environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a confident and professional presence.

Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Strong problem solving and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
High attention to detail, with the ability to analyse complex information while maintaining a strategic perspective, alongside advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
